These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game TapDown ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. In-app purchases and virtual items

• The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play.
• Purchased coins, boosters, "remove ads", and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the App only.
• Virtual items are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the Google Play refund policy.
• We may change, suspend, or remove virtual items or their pricing at any time.

3. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads (including rewarded, interstitial and banner ads) will be displayed. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay mediation, including Unity Ads, Google AdMob and other partner networks. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, and not to use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified clients that interfere with normal gameplay or other players' experience.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including code, graphics, artwork, audio, and the "TapDown" name — is owned by the Developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
